Since I did finally finish my first pair for Box O Sox 2018, my size 0 HiYa HiYa circular was open for a new pair of socks to be cast on. As I planned, I started the Hugs and Chocolate Kisses socks with Dream in Color Smooshy in “Spicy Smooches.”
I do enjoy a twisted rib for cuffs on socks…a little out of the ordinary. I ended up with one and a half repeats of the rib. And now on to the first six rows of the X and O Lace Pattern.

Lines at the gas stations are already backed up and most stores are out of water. Thankfully we are stocked up with water, batteries and dry good food items.
I can safely say that I’m finally down the home stretch to finish my Free Your Fade Shawl in time to say good-bye to a summer filled with Camp Loopy fun. I just have the picot edge bind-off and I’m done!
