WIP It to Finish It Wednesday

I can safely say that I’m finally down the home stretch to finish my Free Your Fade Shawl in time to say good-bye to a summer filled with Camp Loopy fun. I just have the picot edge bind-off and I’m done!

And if course, it is just in the knick of time to start my What the Fade? Shawl, mystery KAL, tomorrow. However, I’m also contemplating a simultaneous knitting project, Kristin of Voolenvine‘s Oracle Shawl, which would be my first ever Pi (circular) shawl. Both shawls have some brioche stitch component, which would not be my first dabbling. It would be my second time around…I managed to make two identical hats for two identical sisters in the spring. It clicked very quickly after watching a module or two of Nancy Marchant‘s Brioche Knitting class on Craftsy. Thinking to play it safe I will take a refresher.
